Enjoy a unique Mother’s Day experience in the beautiful bushland at Beelu National Park, with a delicious brunch and the chance to interact with some native animals.

Organised by the Department of Parks and Wildlife’s Nearer to Nature program, the Mother’s Day brunch with the joeys on Sunday 11 May is aimed at the whole family.

Nearer to Nature program coordinator Jill Francis said it was a great opportunity to celebrate Mother’s Day at Mundaring, in the Perth Hills.

“Treat Mum to a leisurely guided walk in Beelu National Park, followed by a catered brunch and an up-close encounter with some cute, cuddly marsupials,” Ms Francis said.

“What a lovely way to spend some quality time with the family in the relaxing surroundings of our magnificent national parks.”

The brunch is $30 per person and will be held from 9.30am to 12pm at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre, 380 Allen Road, Mundaring.

Bookings are essential. Contact the Perth Hills Discovery Centre on 9295 2244.
